Our Polly Stories Family

Polly Stories celebrates the unique and loving relationship between Polly and her mama. In each story, you'll find Polly facing new adventures and learning valuable lessons, always with her mama by her side, offering support, guidance, and unconditional love.

We are a blended family, and Polly is based on our daughter, Rayyah. Rayyah lives with her mama and step-dad and sees her father regularly. This is a normal and wonderful way for a family to live. We are proud of our family structure and believe it's important to show children that families come in all shapes and sizes.

Rayyah is a bright and energetic child who loves swimming, music, gymnastics, and art. She is always on the go and has a natural curiosity about the world around her. We want her to see herself in Polly and for other children to see themselves in Polly and to know that being a child is a wonderful thing.
Our Story
Yashna, Polly's mama, is the heart of Polly Stories. She loves Rayyah more than anything and has always wanted to create a series of stories that would inspire and entertain her, but also make her sleep, contently. Yashna may not have always enjoyed reading herself, but her love for Rayyah motivated her to find a way to make bedtime stories a special time for them both.

John is Yashna's husband and Rayyah's step-dad. He markets Polly Stories and is always amazed by them, John is runs a Sign Language company and is a data analyst with a deep love for his family. He is constantly impressed by Yashna's talents and believes in her potential. John is excited to help Yashna share her stories with the world and to show everyone how talented she truly is.
